In our showroom, we guide you through the design and material selection process. We suggest plants, materials, lighting, patios, pool finishes, and more — all tailored to your site and style. Whether you are building a new home or updating an existing outdoor space, we help bring your ideas into focus with a professional design. The final design is the key to ensuring a successful project.

Approved plans are drafted in AutoCAD with precise dimensions and site references. Drawings include all design elements —pool, patio, planting, hardscape, lighting, turf, and specialty features. Material schedules specify every item with full visibility into location, quantity, and cost. HOA submittals are provided as needed.
3
Installation follows the approved plan. All permits, materials, subcontractors, and schedules are managed in-house. Permitting for pools, spas, shade structures, and outdoor kitchens — including all gas and electrical — is submitted and tracked. Trade work is tightly scheduled to reduce delay and overlap.

After completion, the team conducts a walkthrough with you. Systems are tested, and manuals, as-builts, and documents are delivered on site. Our team will show you how to use your pools, spa, water feature, outdoor kichen, and any other specialty items installed.
Successful pool and landscape projects require significant coordination between the homeowner, pool contractor, landscape contractor, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, engineers, homeowner associations, and government agencies in charge of permitting.
Without someone managing each part of the process, or by allowing them to work independently, the process often becomes slower, more expensive, and more stressful than it needs to be. Misaligned schedules, conflicts, and unclear responsibilities can result in rework or compromises to the finished product.
We remove those roadblocks by ensuring everyone is working from the same plan and timeline. Our role is to integrate all parties into a unified process, design, and timeline so that details are addressed before construction begins.
As a licensed pool, landscape, and general contractor, we offer a true turnkey solution. You have one point of contact for design and one point of contact for construction — reducing miscommunication and making us fully accountable from start to finish.
When possible, we build pools, spas, and landscapes at the same time, but in some cases, a phased build-out makes more sense. You may choose to complete the pool now and the landscape later, or vice versa. In those situations, our design accounts for the full vision from the beginning, so later phases integrate seamlessly without unnecessary demolition or rework.
The result is a finished space that is highly functional, looks intentional, and lasts for years — whether built all at once or in carefully planned stages.

“We don’t just design beautiful yards — we design spaces that actually get built. On time. On budget. And since most people don’t know who to trust, we earn it by asking better questions, solving real problems, and standing by our word.”
